VIVETA JEWELS – Return Policy

At VIVETA JEWELS, we are committed to delivering high-quality 925 Sterling Silver jewellery. As our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product meets the conditions mentioned below and the return request is raised within the specified time frame.

2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damage at Delivery: The product is damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Incorrect Item: An incorrect item has been delivered.

3. Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery.
  • Worn, used, altered, or damaged items.
  • Minor variations in colour, weight, finish, or design that may occur due to photography, handcrafted detailing, or the natural characteristics of the materials.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, invoices, certificates, or complimentary items (if applicable).
  • Earrings and hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Sale, clearance, or "Final Sale" items.

4. Return Process

  • Notify VIVETA JEWELS within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide a clear unboxing video and/or photo proof showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original packaging and documents.

After verification, VIVETA JEWELS will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at its sole discretion.

5. Refund & Exchange

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after successful inspection.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
  • Original shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.
