  • Processing Time: Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Shipping Rates & Locations: We currently ship within INDIA, and shipping is absolutely free for all orders.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an order tracking link. You can use this link to track your package until it safely reaches your doorstep.

Return & Replacement Policy

At Viveta Jewels, we take utmost care in packaging our pieces. However, if something goes wrong during transit, we are here to help.

Eligibility

  • Replacement is offered only for products that are damaged during transit.

Complaint Guidelines

If you receive a damaged item, please adhere to the following steps to ensure a smooth replacement process:

  • Timeframe: Complaints must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.

  • Proof Required: You must include clear photos/videos of the damaged product.
  • Unboxing Video: An uncut, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for a faster resolution.

Important Note: Complaints submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
