Cancellation Policy for Viveta Jewels

At Viveta Jewels, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below to understand the terms and conditions related to cancelling your purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team immediately at +91 9638217901 and info.vivetajewels@gmail.com with your order number.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return the item following our Return & Exchange Policy once it has been delivered.

2. Custom Orders

  • Custom-made or personalized items cannot be Cancelled once the production process has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a custom order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your order is Cancelled before shipment, we will process a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
  • If the order was Cancelled after shipment or if it involves a non-returnable item, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for further instructions on how to proceed.

4. Failed or Declined Transactions

  • If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, your order will be automatically Cancelled. We recommend contacting your bank or payment provider for more information and reattempting the transaction.

5. Changes to Orders

  • If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., update shipping address, change product), please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
